U-Haul Moving & Storage of Glens Falls at 112 Main Street, Queensbury, New York.

I have rented u hauls from the Main st Queensbury location plenty of times with no hassle no matter when and how long. I tried going to there yesterday and getting a 2 day rental they told me they don’t do 2 day rentals on the weekend or end of the month that someone else might need the truck. I just don’t understand if I need the truck and I am going to pay for it for 2 days what’s the issue. He told me to go somewhere else they would probably rent it to me. He told me to look online to see if there were any other rentals available in the area so I did so and it Said that this location was the only location with the truck available for the times that I wanted it and would have let me book then and there. His tag says owner that does not seem very customer service oriented to me
