We rented a house on lake George NY in July 2017 Jane Callahan was very helpful until we had trouble with the owner MR Kruger and the return of our security deposit . It took almost two months to get it back, when we got it back he deducted $50.00 for what he said was a broken outdoor lounge chair. We did not even use those zero gravity chairs for the reason I am disabled and my wife is in her mid sixties , and getting out of those types of chairs in impossible for us . Also it took a half a day for us to clean crusted on food off of pans and the grill also there was old food left in the toaster oven. I called twice to complain about the dirty conditions but no one was sent to correct the conditions. MR Kruger said we had left the house unclean and that the neighbors had complained to him when he arrived the day after we left. He has trouble with reality the neighbors on both sides had gone home one - two days before we did, there was no neighbors there to have complained. We believe that is what he told Jane Callahan to justify his $50.00 theft. When we told MS Callahan she told me all this over $50.00 like we should just accept it. So I would think twice about renting through Davies-Davies Lake George NY.
